We provide the guidance, tools, support, feedback, and accountability checks the executive needs to ensure that skill and behavior change happens.
LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT
Sapphire Advisors assesses the quality of your leaders, in terms of their current effectiveness and potential/readiness for future roles. We tailor the process using custom or off-the-shelf assessments to provide insights and answers about leader skills, knowledge, values, personality, role fit, and style strengths and weaknesses. We provide summary reports and suggested development strategies.
TEAM DEVELOPMENT
